Massage therapy is a type of manual therapy that involves the manipulation of soft tissues such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. It is designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, relieve pain, and improve your overall health and body function. Our team of RMTs will provide education and advice on self-care techniques, such as stretching and exercise to help their patients improve their health.

Massage therapy has many benefits for the body and the mind, it is shown to be effective to improve your overall physical and mental health, reduce stress and pain, and promote an overall sense of well being. It is most commonly used to treat back pain, neck pain, headaches, injuries, alleviate depression and anxiety.

A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) is a licensed healthcare practitioner, they are regulated by a governing body that ensures they meet standards of education, training and ethical practice. RMTs use a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and achieve different therapeutic goals.
