What is cold laser therapy & IFC?

Cold laser therapy, also known as low-level laser therapy (LLLT), is a non-invasive, pain-free treatment that uses low-intensity light beams to stimulate cell activity, reduce inflammation, and promote tissue repair. The "cold" aspect refers to the low energy output, which doesn't generate heat but instead enhances cellular energy (ATP), leading to faster healing for various acute and chronic conditions like muscle injuries, nerve pain, and arthritis.

IFC, or Interferential Current therapy, is a non-invasive physiotherapy treatment that uses two medium-frequency electrical currents to stimulate deep tissues, relieve pain, and promote healing by stimulating nerve fibers and muscle. It uses four electrodes placed around the affected area, with the medium-frequency currents interfering to create a low-frequency current that penetrates deeper into the tissues than other forms of electrical stimulation, resulting in a "pins and needles" sensation.
