Dr. Donna Meyers

Chiropractor & Owner of Meyers Wellness

Since graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1991, It has been my life’s mission to help guide patients on their path to health and wellness. In 1992, I established a Chiropractic and Massage Therapy clinic in Woodstock, ON, so that our team of healthcare specialists can work with patients to rebuild their health and to live their best lives.

As someone who has personally experienced physical injuries and multiple life-threatening health conditions, I understand that when you are faced with such obstacles it can be easy to feel isolated and narrow your expectations of what health can look like for you. Through every health obstacle that I have faced personally, I have refused to accept simply “surviving” when I knew that I deserve to be thriving. My passion is to help patients through their health obstacles so they can move beyond simply surviving, and start thriving again.

Jason Beck

Registered Massage Therapist

Jason graduated from the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in 2013. Affectionately he is called a "posture police" in our clinic. Jason is dedicated to patient health and well-being, not just while the patients are in our office, but also in their daily lives. He takes an educational approach when teaching patients how to maintain good posture. He has been certified in M.I.P.A., this stands for Myofascial Integration Posture Alignment. M.I.P.A. technique involves massaging the fascia (connective tissue that supports 80% of our body) and has been known to eliminate chronic pain.

Nicole Conrod

Registered Massage Therapist

Nicole graduated from the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in 2021 and is very passionate about helping those in need! Nicole has excellent knowledge when it comes to using general Swedish massage techniques, advanced techniques and hydrotherapy (use of heat and cold). These all help in improving blood flow, reducing perception of pain, relieving stress and promoting overall health of the client and muscular tissue. Nicole is committed to creating individualized treatments to help the client reach their specific goals. Her mission is to provide a safe, therapeutic environment and to educate and empower those who seek massage therapy. Seeing the change/improvement in her clients firsthand is the best reward of all and it’s those changes that motivate her to continue learning and improving.

When Nicole isn’t treating, you will likely find her singing her heart out, playing piano or attempting to improve her tennis game!

Justin Silva

Registered Massage Therapist

Justin graduated as a registered massage therapist in 2024, bringing with him over 5+ years of hands-on experience working in gym environments with a strong focus on rehabilitation and movement optimization.

Specializing in shoulder treatment, Justin combines advanced techniques such as Graston and cupping therapy to help clients restore mobility, reduce pain, and enhance performance. His approach is both functional and personalized, aimed at empowering clients to move and live better.

When he’s not in the massage room, you can find him catching a UFC match on a Saturday night. Justin brings the same intensity, focus, and precision from the octagon to the treatment room, delivering results-driven care with a passion for recovery and performance.
