Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care is the diagnosis, treatment & prevention of movement conditions that affect the spine, joints, muscles & nervous system. They use hands-on and non-invasive techniques to treat these issues without the need for medication and/or surgery. Chiropractors believe that the human body has the ability to heal itself, and that the proper alignment of the musculoskeletal system is essential for vitality. Chiropractic care is an effective, holistic solution if you are experiencing long term or short term pain, wish to improve movement or overall health, prevent injury, improve athletic performance or are pregnant.
During a consultation, a Chiropractor will begin by taking a detailed health history, and asking questions about your current symptoms, past injuries, medical conditions, lifestyle and family history. Next, they will perform a physical examination that includes an assessment of the body’s posture, range of motion, movement patterns, reflexes, areas of muscle tension or inflammation. Once the assessment is complete, the chiropractor will provide a diagnosis and help you understand the underlying cause of your current condition. They will work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan that may include; chiropractic adjustment, ultrasound therapy, cold laser therapy, interferential current therapy, massage therapy, athletic therapy and lifestyle recommendations.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a non-invasive therapeutic treatment where light pressure is applied to reflex points on the feet or hands using finger and thumb techniques. It is a holistic treatment intended to treat the whole person, rather than just the symptoms of one particular ailment. It can induce a state of relaxation, balance and harmony, which will encourage the body to heal itself. It is based on the premise that the reflexes on the feet are a mirror image of all the organs, glands and parts of the body.

"I have been visiting this clinic for some time, and I have to say that Dr. Donna Meyers is an exceptional chiropractor. She truly takes the time to listen, understand, and tailor her care to how you’re feeling at each visit. Her professionalism and genuine concern for her patients make every appointment a positive experience.
Donna referred me to Jason, a massage therapist in the same practice, and I couldn’t be happier. After seeing approximately 10 massage therapists and 4 chiropractors over the years, I can honestly say I’ve found the perfect team. All under one roof.
The front desk staff, Olivia, are always friendly, accommodating, and organized. Their excellent communication whether by email, text, or phone, makes scheduling and follow-ups effortless.
I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality chiropractic and massage care delivered with professionalism, compassion, and a personal touch."

"After only two visits I've already noticed such a difference! I'm sleeping better, my lower back pain is gone, and my body isn't as tired after a shift at work. Everyone there has been so welcoming, from the receptionist, the intake nurse, and Donna herself.
They were mindful of the fact that I didnt have benefits and worked with me to make a plan that was affordable and frequent enough that my progress isn't hindered between appointments. I can't recommend this place enough!"
